This place has a very central location and the staff were helpful and resolved the issue efficiently.

Fairly clean and high-class place with hard-working staff. Enjoyable breakfast choice with every taste, food & beverages plus delicious cakes. Excellent location in the center of Swakopmund, lovely restaurants in the local area. Simply nothing too much trouble, very good stay.

The setting here is absolutely beautiful, not too far from Otavi-Bahnhof railway station. 🌟

The staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating and made me feel at home. Marvellous breakfast offered in a quiet atmosphere.

Delightful overall experience. Spacious and elegant rooms with a fireplace, a lounge and a kitchen, etc. Marvellous and perfect location second to the new & modern alternatives located closer to the ocean and pretty area. Again, walking distance to Swakopmund Lighthouse. The in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The central location of this place near popular attractions, great dining options, and shopping areas made it convenient , with Nordstrand beach just a short walk away.

Ate at a great restaurant here, no need to search for food, and enjoyed the view of the courtyard.

The hotel is located in a really great building near the waterfront and all restaurants and shops. the units are elegant and huge, with a balcony and beds for four. - Immaculate garden adds to the charm of the hotel.

On my recent visit to Namibia, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hansa Hotel. I stayed in the spacious and impeccably clean "White Lady" room. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel at home. They promptly answered all my transport inquiries and recommended The Flying Coffee Pot, which turned out to be a great choice. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, and the service during both meals was impeccable. The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore the town on foot, including the Jetty. I look forward to returning to this charming establishment in the future.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hansa Hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and local shops. The staff were exceptional, professional, and trustworthy. They even went above and beyond to coordinate the return of my lost passport. The hotel itself had an old-world charm with spacious rooms, a beautiful garden, and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although I would have liked more vegetarian options. Despite a few minor hiccups, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a fantastic experience. the staff was really friendly and welcoming. There were complementary bubbles and chocolates in the room, which was a really nice touch. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I loved the fact that there was a Pick n Mix store around the corner. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The room decor was a bit outdated and the mattress was not very comfortable. the towels could also use an upgrade.
